About us
Scratch-n-Dent Appliances is an independent guide for people who want a good appliance for less and don’t mind a dent on a panel nobody will see.
This domain was home to an outlet appliance page for many years, with listings of scratch and dent refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, wall ovens, microwaves, cooktops, dishwashers and snowthrowers. We kept that structure and turned it into a set of buying guides.
What we do
- Explain, appliance by appliance, which damage is cosmetic and which is a reason to walk away.
- Keep example listings with retail and outlet prices, so you can judge whether a discount is fair.
- Point to rebate and recycling programs that can lower the final price further.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, deliver or install appliances, and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer or retailer. Prices shown on this site are historical examples, not offers.
